أعلنت شركة أمچن مصر عن إطلاقها عقار "  Evolocumabالإفيلوكوماب”

قال الدكتور مجدي عبد الحميد أستاذ القلب جامعة القاهرة ورئيس جمعية القلب المصرية  : ان نسبة الوفيات في مصر بسبب أمراض القلب والأوعية الدموية تشكل  %46في المائة".

وأضاف الدكتور مجدي  قائلا:"الوقايه من أمراض القلب تعد هي الحل الأمثل لتقليل العبء الاقتصادي الناتج عن المرض ولذلك لابد من زيادة الوعي الصحي والتعريف بعوامل الخطورة التي تتمثل في ارتفاع ضغط الدم والسكر والكوليسترول والتدخين والسمنة والعامل الوراثيإذ تبلغ نسبة ارتفاع الكوليسترول لدي المصريين %٣٧ في المائة"5. 

وفي حديثه أيضا قال" إن بعض المرضي لديهم اعتقاد خاطئ بأن استخدام الأدوية سيكون لفترة وجيزة وهنا تكمن الخطورة في توقف المريض عن استخدام الادوية الخافضة للكولسترول وادوية السيولة والتي تعطي حماية من حدوث جلطات القلب والمخ وتؤدي إلي خفض الوفيات بنسبة كبيرة ”.

و في سياق الموضوع أوضح الدكتور محمد صبحي أستاذ أمراض القلب جامعة الإسكندرية قائلا:  " أن المستويات المستهدفة للكولسترول الضار عند المرضى الذين لديهم ارتفاع في مخاطر الإصابة بأمراض القلب يجب أن تكون أقل من 70mg/dl، وذلك بحسب التوصيات العالمية الأوروبية والأمريكية." و اضاف الدكتور محمد صبحي " أن الدراسة الحديثة  “ DYSIS II ”     و التي أجريت في مصر أوضحت أن بالرغم من أن ثلثي المرضي قد تم علاجهم باٍستخدام عقارات تقليل الكولسترول الضار بالدم اٍلا أن الغالبية العظمى من المرضى لم يصلوا اٍلى المستويات المستهدفة من الكولسترول (أقل من  mg /dl(70"6.

وقد جاء بشرح الدكتور ايهاب عطيه أستاذ أمراض القلب جامعة عين شمس "إن الزياده في اعداد مستقبلات الكولسترول الضار علي خلايه الكبد ينتج عنها انخفاض ملحوظ في مستويات الكولسترول الضار في الدم لمستويات غير مسبوقه؛ لتصل الي 75% اقل مع استخدام عقار الإيفوتوكوماب Evolocumabمضافا الي علاجات الستاتينStatins و بشكل عام شوهدت  اعلي معدلات للاستجابه لعقار الإيفولوكوماب بعد اسبوع لاسبوعان من بدء العلاج" 1.

و أضاف الدكتور إيهاب قائلا " ان العلاج باستخدام العقار الجديد إيفولوكوماب Evolocumabنتج عنه خفض مستوى الكولسترول الضار في الدم لأقل من 70 mg/dl عند 95% من المرضى بعد متوسط 10- 12 اسبوع من بدء العلاج" 1.

وفي كلمته رحب الدكتور أحمد مصطفى مدير شركة أمچن مصر بالحضور، وصرح قائلاً " نحن سعداء لتوفير العقار الجديد إفيولوكوماب Evolocumab الان للمرضى المصريين" و اسرد الدكتور احمد " إن تسجيل العقار الجديد في مصر لهو خطوه هامه للمرضى في مصر و هو ايضا بماثبة محطه هامه للشركه التزاما منها لخدمه مريض الكولسترول و مواجهة مرض الكولسترول"
